Tenders and procurement notices

Every tender, expression of interest and award notice of the Authority is published here, and on the website of the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority, as the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010 require.

How to obtain bidding documents

Bidding documents may be collected from the office of the Authority during office hours, or downloaded from the SPPRA website against the reference number given in the notice. Where a document fee is payable it is stated in the notice. Bids are received and opened at the time and place stated, in the presence of such bidders or their representatives as choose to attend.

Complaints about a procurement

A bidder aggrieved by a procurement proceeding of the Authority may lodge a complaint under rule 31 of the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010, within the period there prescribed. A complaint is addressed to the Authority in the first instance and, thereafter, to the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority.
